One con­cur­rent seat shared by the whole team via FlexNet® — who­ever needs it takes it. A float­ing seat counts as 4 named users.

One date, one invoice

Your an­nual li­cense al­ready in­cludes main­te­nance, every up­date we re­lease and sup­port from the de­vel­op­ing team — there is noth­ing to add on. Each cus­tomer has ex­actly one re­newal date: seats added dur­ing the year are pro-rated to it, so how­ever your team grows, you re­ceive one in­voice, once a year.

Your own valid MATLAB and Simulink li­censes on Win­dows. State­flow is op­tional; for struc­tural cov­er­age mea­sure­ment EverTest uses your Simulink Cov­er­age li­cense. EverTest uses Excel 2013 or later for test case def­i­ni­tion. Re­view­ers who open an EverView file need only a web browser.
EverCheck and EverTest in­clude a basic EverView ex­port. The stand­alone EverView, at 500 € per year, adds the prop­er­ties panel, scope and sig­nal viewer plots, free-hand re­view com­ments with a com­ment table, the model out­line for AI as­sis­tants, com­mand-line ex­port and em­bed­dable out­put for web­sites. EverCheck and EverTest are qual­i­fi­able at TCL 3: each in­cludes its qual­i­fi­ca­tion kit — full doc­u­men­ta­tion and val­i­da­tion test suites for IEC 61508 and ISO 26262. The li­cense stops work­ing until it is re­newed — noth­ing else. Your mod­els, test cases and re­ports are plain files on your side and al­ways re­main yours.
